Millara Middle East Company announces jobs in Dubai with the title of Director of Legal Affairs, to work according to the qualifications and conditions that the company has set for the jobs and they are as follows:

1- The Legal Director needs to provide legal advice to Melara ME management and must be an expert in corporate law, governance, international law, commercial litigation, employment law and real estate laws.
2- The Legal Director will also participate in the legal duties of Melara ME's joint ventures and subsidiaries
3- The legal manager needs to formulate legal recommendations and set company policies and procedures.
4- The legal manager needs to review the legal risks involved in various commercial deals and share them with the management.
5- The legal director needs to review the institution's current legal cases and work to resolve it.
6- A legal director is required to provide advice and address litigation cases.
7- The Legal Director is required to draft and review contracts and agreements and ensure that they comply with legal standards
8- The legal manager needs to provide advice on managing the bidding documents.
9- A legal director is required to deal with external law authorities at the UAE and international level.
10- Spoken and written legal English is a must, Arabic / Italian is an added advantage.
11- The legal manager will report to the general manager of the company.
